Job Description and Requirements
 
In line with our business expansion, we are looking experienced Project Executive that are design savvy individuals that will be capable of generating design works that meets quality design standards and expectations.
 
Key roles and responsibilities
  • Responsible for all project-related matters, including resolution of project and technical issues, attending regular site meetings, and ensure accuracy and timely submission of all project-related documents.
  • Coordinate administrative, logistics and operational work, as well as liaise with Designers to prepare, execute and fulfill project deliverables and schedules
  • Delegate/assign tasks to workers / contractors as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods, schedules and sequence of work.
  • Inspect work areas regularly for potential hazards and rectify, so as to maintain a safe working environment
  • Report and assist in the investigation of safety violations, dangerous occurrences and accidents, where necessary.
Skills & Experience
·         Proficiency in MS Word
·         Knowledge in MS project would be an advantage
·         Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
·         Able to meet deadline
·         Relevant experience preferred in Electrical / Mechanical works
·         Possess Class D driving license
·         Fluent in spoken and written English
.         preferable can speak cantonese and chinese.
